Wash Building and Detail Building combination. The combination building is approximately 72 feet, 2 inches wide(gutter fascia to gutter fascia). The wash building length is 110feet, 0 inches long, with 5 feet, 0 inches long canopies at each end.
Approximate square footage of 7,130 SF. The roof is barrel vaulted with a non-symmetrical roof line. The sidewall is vaulted with an upper gutter height of approximately 19feet-0inches, and a lower gutter height of approximately 14feet-10inches.
2. The Equipment Room with in the overall wash building 285 SF footprint, approximately 9feet- 6inches wide x 30feet-0inches long. Equipment Room, mezzanine floor approximately 9feet-10inches above finished floor.
3. The Primary Tower is approximately 13feet-4inches wide x 35feet-0inches long x 26feet-0 inches to the top of the parapet of the tower. Tower roofing by others.
4. The Secondary Tower is approximately 10feet wide x 25feet long x 34feet to the top of the parapet of the tower. Tower roofing by others.
5. Two Pay Station Canopy approximately 13feet wide x 16feet long x 12feet to top of post.

- Metacrylic energy efficient coating covering 60 percent of wash bay tunnel, and 60 percent of the detail tunnel.

Eleven (8) to be located along the 19feet tall side wall of the wash building and ten (7) to be located along the 14feet-3inches low side of the detail building. Louver dimensions are approximate. - RBI Structures standard one (1) year warranty for all materials and workmanship. Any warranty item within the warranty period shall be directed to and be the direct responsibility of RBI Structures, including that of its material suppliers, vendors and subcontractors.
